Welcome to 27th Street Pilates!

We are a full service pilates training center in the heart of Ditmars Astoria, Queens.  Training one on one since 2008, we have been consistant in spreading our passion for teaching and leading a pilates lifestyle.

April 2014 we are opening the doors to our newly built state of the art studio accommodating a variety of group apparatus classes.  Group reformer, tower, chair, mat and barre classes will now be available to the community of Ditmars.
 
 At 27th Street Pilates we are committed to the success of our clients goals, and are well versed in a variety of training methods.  We are experienced in working with and around injury, prenatal to postnatal, in addition to overall strength training. We train your body and your mind according to what "it" needs.  We determine the best approach to your process of well-being by listening to you and utilizing our unique fitness evaluation.  
 
Some common conditions  we currently or have previously treated at our studio are low back pain, neck pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis,  herniated, bulging, or slipped discs in cervical and lumbar spine, scoliosis, stenosis, meniscus tears, knee pain, tendonitis, bursitis, knee sublixation, knee chondramalatia, sciatica, migraine headaches, depression, plantar fascitis, hip & shoulder pain, rotator cuff post-op, pre-natal and post-natal conditions, eating disorders.......and many more.

About Pilates:
